Booking a ShelterBox Ambassador to give a talk online or in person, or inviting them to be part of your event, is one of the most inspiring ways to hear about our work.

Whether you’re fundraising for us or simply looking to find out more about disaster relief, our speakers really bring our work to life. You’ll get a direct insight into how we help families who have lost their homes to conflict or disaster, and how you can make a difference.

Our committed network of ShelterBox Ambassadors are passionate about what we do and love the opportunity to tell others about ShelterBox.

We don’t charge a fee and our volunteers’ expenses are covered. All we ask is that you consider supporting ShelterBox by making a donation or organising a fundraising activity. We can send you fundraising information and materials to help you plan a successful event.

Your presentation on ShelterBox at our meeting was inspiring. It’s great to know that so much effort and care is going to such a great cause. The impact ShelterBox has on people around the world is incalculable.

– Rotary Club of Dartmouth

Our speakers are trained to cover a wide range of audiences. From Rotary Clubs to school assemblies or university conferences – any size audience and any age range. We are very excited to be able to offer online presentations meaning wherever you are in Canada, our speakers can talk to you and your group about our work and the people we support.

By booking a ShelterBox speaker you can help us continue to grow, enabling us to help even more people in need of shelter around the world.

It was a mixture of informative and fun for the young people. The scouts really enjoyed it!
